Easy chocolate delicious dessert.

 


Ingredients

1.500ml of unsweetened milk

2.100g of sugar

3.7g of Agar powder/ Gelatin

4.150g of Chocolate

Steps you should follow:                 

1. Put milk into the pan, add sugar and mix them.

2. Then add agar powder and mix it. Keep aside.

3. Take 150 g of chocolate bar cut it into little pieces.

4. Add cut chocolates into the milk + sugar + agar powder mixture and mix again by keep it in the law flame.

5. You should mix it during low flame until the milk start up boiling and bubbling with melted chocolate.( minimum 5 to 3 min)

6. Then turn off the flame and exchange the chocolate mixture into bowl and keep in refrigerator between 2 to 3 hours until cool down and set.

7. Then take out and cut into slices as following mentioned picture  and try.😇

If you don't have Agar powder you can use gelatin.
