Ingredients
- Gluten free steel cut oats 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Unsweetened Almond milk 2 cups
- pinch of salt
- Banana fruit 1
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Instructions
1.First you need add gluten free steel cut oats to the instant pot.
2.Then add some water with almond milk to the instant pot.
3.Then add pinch of salt to it and mix.
4.Pop the lid on your instant pot and make sure the vent is closed.
5.Then turn on your pressure high and set it for four minutes.
6.So you can boil the oats during at four minutes.
7.After 4 minutes make sure not to open the lid soon. First let your pressure turn on until it builds a pressure and until timer countdowns.
8.Until the instant pot done counting let it cool for about 10 minutes.
9.Once the instant pot released its pressure you can open the lid and stir boiled oats in the instant pot.
10.The boiled oats must be creamy ,whitey and smoothie.
11.Then you can get a bowl and transfer the boiled gluten free oats to the bowl.
12.Add mashed 2 bananas and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and mix until they combines well.
13.Then add some sliced banana for make attraction for your oat meal.
14.In addition add 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
15. Now your nutritional oat meal is ready. Taste with yummy peanut butter.😋
