Easy Lasagna recipe


1. Ingredients for meat sauce

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup of red wine/ beef broth
  • 24 ounces of Marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 9 lasagna sheets 



2. Ingredients requires for cheese sauce      

  • 16 ounces of cottage cheese
  • 15 ounces of ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tbsp. garnish
  • 1 large egg


Instructions



1.Place your 9 lasagna sheets into salted water and cook according the instructions of the package. Make sure when cooking them don't over cook them , the reason is they need to be soften while you baking them.
 Drain the water of cooked lasagna sheets with adding cold water to remain them sticking together. Keep them aside.

2.Start to make meat sauce in deep pan. 
 Add and mix all the ingredients that requires for meat sauce. "ground beef, chopped large garlic cloves, diced small onion, red wine, Marinara sauce, black pepper powder, chopped parsley, granulated sugar,  sea salt, dried thyme and olive oil "

Important: Use must mix red wine until they evaporate. If you don't have red wine you can use beef broth.

3.You should cook meat sauce approximately 5 minutes and keep close it from lid under the lower heat and switch off the flame.

4.During this time we need to prepare our cheese sauce. So take a bowl and add cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, finely chopped parsley & garnish and large egg and mix them until become creamy. Now your cheese sauce is ready.

5.Take a cup of meat sauce and spread over the bottom of the your new bowl and cover that from the drained three lasagna sheets. (This is the best time to keep your oven pre- heat at 375 Fahrenheit or 190.5 Celsius.)

6.Then take 1/3 cup of meat sauce and spread over the lasagna sheets.

7.Then add cup of  shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat sauce layer.

 8.Add spoon on half  cheese sauce over the mozzarella cheese layer and spread it.

9.Then again add 3 lasagna sheets over the cheese sauce layer.

 10.Repeat this 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 steps three times.

 11.Make sure to prepare your last layer with 3 lasagna sheets and then spread meat sauce over it and
 add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to make it juicy.

12.Then loosely  cover your lasagna layered bowl from foil and keep in the oven for 45 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit.

 13.After baked it remove the foil keep the lasagna bowl inside oven for 5 minutes  until the cheese get golden brown.

14. After 5 minutes take the lasagna bowl out and keep to set for 30 minutes and and cut into pieces.
Now it is time to taste. Why are  you wait? Just chill and taste.😋
