15 minutes Ramen Noodles recipe

Dinner time special

Ingredients                                       

  • 120g - 150g of ramen noodles
  •         2 garlic cloves
  •         2-3 onion leaves
  •         2 tbsp. cooking oil
  •         1 tbsp. chilli flakes
  •         1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
  •         1 tsp brown or white sugar
  •         1/4 cup of water
  • low heat toasted sesame seeds & chopped onion leaves , garnish

Instructions

1. First boil the noodles approximately 2 - 3 minutes and drain them and keep aside. Follow the packet instructions.

2. Then heat some oil in a pan add chopped garlic and chilli flakes. Cook them under low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

3. During this time take small bowl and add soy sause, sugar and water mix each other to combine. (soy sauce mixture)

4. Once garlic is brown in colour add the soy sauce mixture and cook on high heat to medium heat until the sauce thickens bit. ( approximately 5 minutes)

5. Then add the drained noodles until the it perfectly coated. You can add salt if required.

Important: You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt when you boiling the noodles.

6.Turn of the flame and add the chopped green onion leaves , garnish and sesame seeds. 

Now chill and enjoy the taste of your Ramen noodles.😋
