Easy Fudgy Chocolate brownies

 

Ingredients                                                 

  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Dark chocolate 200g
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup ( 240g)
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup( 120g)
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup (60g)
  • Blue berries 200g

Instructions

1.First grease your baking pan with melted butter and line the pan with parchment paper. Keep aside.

2.Take 200g of  dark chocolate and cut into small pieces and add them to a glass bowl.

3.Then keep 500 ml of water for boil.

4.When the water starts boiling, place the chocolate bowl on the pan and add 1/2 cup of butter to it. Keep the bowl on the pan until all the butter and chocolate melts together.

5.After chocolate and butter melted place the bowl on a table until it cools.

6.Take another bowl and  add 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of  brown sugar and 1 egg. Then mix them until combines well. Then again add 1 egg and mix until combines well. Then add 3rd egg mix until get creamy.

7.Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix well.

8.Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix well.

9.Add the chocolate butter mixture to it and mix until combines well.

10.Sift 1/2 cup of all purpose flour and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the mixture and mix until combines well. This is your batter.

11.Then pour the batter into the baking pan.

12.After pouring the batter make sure to shake and tap slowly the baking pan for remove the air bubbles.

13.Then keep the baking pan inside the oven for 30 minutes at 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. 

14.After 30 minutes take the Baked brownie outside and cut into squares by using a knife that was dipped in hot water and wiped from tissue or clean cloth.

15.Make sure to clean your knife at every cut by dipping in hot water and wiping the clean tissue or cloth. 

16.You can add some blue berries or walnuts to make attractive chocolate brownies.
