Ingredients
- 500 g of condensed milk
- 500ml of water
- 2 tsp. of vanilla essence
- 4 eggs
- 10g of sugar with 10 ml of water
- 10g of sago with 50 ml of water
Instructions
1. First take 10g of sugar with 10ml of water add the saucepan under low flame and keep until the sugar melts and get brown color. Make sure not to keep until too much brown because when it's become too much brown it tastes bitter. So keep your attention sugar caramel when you preparing it.
This type of brown color is effective for make the caramel liquid.
2. Put the melted caramel to the bottom of the bowl before it get crystalized. keep aside the bowl with caramel.
3. Take 10g of sago with water keep under medium flame with mixing until they become boiled as Jell bolls. ( boil 15 minutes) After sago get boiled keep aside for drain the water.
4. During this time take 500g of condensed milk, beat 4 eggs , 500ml of water and 2 tea spoons of vanilla essence and mix well. (mixture)
5. Then add the mixture into the caramel added bowl. ( when you adding mixture caramel must be dense as glass)
6. Then add from small spoon the drained sago making it as float on the mixture and make sure not to beat the sago with mixture.
When you add sago as floating on the mixture after baked it can see as following picture.
8. After the pudding baked take it out keep 10 minutes for cool and take your knife around the pudding.
1 start onside of pudding and take around the pudding.
9. Then keep a plate on it and exchange upside down and slowly open the bowl.
10. Then beautify your pudding with strawberries on the middle of the pudding and taste.😋
