Water 95ml
flour 150g/ 1 cup
salt 1.5g/ 0.25 tsp
pinch of baking soda
green onion 30g
cheese 50g
flour 1/4 cup
corn starch 1/4 cup
salted butter 20g
cooking oil 50 ml
Instructions
1. Take 95ml of water to bowl and dissolve the 1.5g salt in it.
2. Add 150g of flour and mix it make dough and keep close it for 10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes divide the dough into four pieces.
4. Take each piece and make four doughs.
Important: You must make it as dough keep between your palms and roll it until become a ball.
5. Then put 1 tbsp. of flour of on the cooking floor or cutting board and smooth surface of your cutting board for make the roti from each dough.
6. Then take one dough and put it on the surface, make the ball horizontal and take your roller and role it until it lose its thickness. You need to roller it until it become approximately 18 cm in diameter.
7. Take another doughs and make each roti until loses their thickness by following the 6th step.
8. Take prepared all roti and keep each on each and roll until lose their thickness. The reason for roll this all roti together because you need to take their diameter as same. So all the four roti need to be same diameter.
9. Lastly you need to take them all about 24cm of diameter.
10. Then separate all the four roti and keep aside.
11. Take your butter and melt it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
12. Take one roti and brush softly some melted butter by using cooking brush and add chopped green onions and grated cheese on the roti. If you need taste it more you can add grated carrots also.
13. Then fold the roti as following steps and again brush some melted butter and fold it. Prepare all the roti like this.
15. Now taste and chill it with your tea.💪
